Why we built it
Most vehicle businesses still hand over a vehicle on paper. It works, in the sense that you can put the sheet in a folder and produce it when somebody disputes a charge. It stops working the moment that dispute is serious. A biro tick in a box marked "nearside front" does not prove the scuff was already there.
The software that replaced paper mostly replaced it with a monthly fee per vehicle or per seat. That suits a large fleet with a flat headcount. It punishes a depot with ten vans and a busy fortnight, and it makes an occasional pre-purchase report cost more than the check is worth.
So we built the thing we would want behind the desk: the walkaround, the agreement and the licence check in one flow, with the DVLA record already filled in from the registration, and a bill that only moves when you actually produce something.

How we work
Built around the handover
The walkaround is the job, not the paperwork that follows it. Everything on the vehicle record, the agreement and the signature belongs to one moment at the vehicle, so that is where the product starts.
Evidence that holds up
A condition report is only worth what it proves when a customer disputes a charge. Photos, timestamps, damage markers and signatures are captured so the record stands on its own months later.
Priced by what you produce
You pay £1 when you produce an inspection report or a rental agreement. Licence checks, DVLA and MOT lookups and vehicle health checks are free and unlimited. No per-seat fee, no minimum term, no annual contract.

The roadmap comes from hire desks, transport managers and sales floors telling us what breaks on a wet Friday afternoon. Every template in the product is configurable because no two depots run the same checklist.
