Yes. Buy any one-off pack at any time. Top-ups stack on top of any existing subscription balance and don't reset the rollover. Pack credits keep their own 12-month expiry independently of the subscription.
Yes. All purchases are billed via Stripe and produce a VAT invoice from MATIC AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED. Prices are quoted ex-VAT; Stripe Tax adds UK VAT (20%) at checkout. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim as standard.
Credits you bought via one-off packs are unaffected and stay on the account until their 12-month expiry. Subscription-issued credits remain usable until the end of the paid billing period, then expire — they don't carry over after cancellation.
